Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a chassis frame (1) for a rail vehicle, comprising at least one drive unit (3) which is fastened to the chassis frame by way of one or more elongate fastening means (13). In order to reduce the weight for the bearing of the drive unit and to facilitate the mounting of the drive unit, it is provided that at least one fastening means (13) is arranged transversely with respect to the driving direction and protrudes into the chassis frame (1) or is guided through brackets (12) which are connected fixedly to the chassis frame (1) and protrudes into the space above or below the chassis frame (1).
