Zusammenfassung:VEHICLE WITH WINCH A battery (24) is disposed in the rear of a contactor (23) which is disposed in the rear of a winch (20). Winch positive and negative side terminals (27 and 28), a battery positive side terminal (29) and a grounding negative side terminal (30) are disposed in a concentrated manner on a terminal disposition face (23a) of the contactor (23). Winch positive and negative side conductors (31 and 32) extend from the contactor (23) to the winch (20) side. A battery positive side conductor (33) and a grounding conductor (34) extend from the contactor (23) in directions different from the extending direction of the winch positive and negative side conductors (31 and 32) from the contactor (23) and different from each other. --- cor
