Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for preparing biobased homoserine lactone and a biobased organic acid from microorganism-derived O-acyl homoserine by hydrolysis in the presence of an acid catalyst. The present invention uses microorganism-derived O-acyl homoserine as a raw material for 1,4-butanediol, gamma-butyrolactone, tetrahydrofuran and the like, which are very useful in an industrial society, thereby replacing a conventional technique using petrochemical-derived raw materials and solving environmentally unfriendly disadvantages such as the discharge of pollutants and natural resource depletion, and preventing the depletion of natural resources through continuous reproduction.
