PVC disposable glove and manufacturing process thereof

A PVC disposable glove and a manufacturing process thereof. The process comprises: mixing a PVC resin mixture and a plasticizer to form a glove formula mixture; making the glove formula mixture into a mixture thin film; placing two layers of mixture thin films in paralle to form a glove mold film; coating an insulating film on one side of the glove mold flim, and applying electromagnetic beams distributed along a preset outline and track to the surface of the glove mold flim, to make the electromagnetic beams run through the glove mold film, so that the glove mold film is effectively synthesized thermally along the preset outline and track; or heating the glove mold film along a preset outline and track, the heating temperature being equal to or higher than the critical temperature at which the glove mold film is synthesized thermally, so that the glove mold film is effectively synthesized thermally along the preset outline and track; applying a pressure to the preset outline and track, so that the two layers of mixture thin films are pressed and integrally fused along the preset outline and track; forming a blade-shaped cut along an outer edge of the preset outline and track, separating the part that is integrally fused and having a fusing track from the glove mold film, and forming an opening at the wrist position of the preset outline and track, to form a PVC disposable glove. The manufacturing process of the PVC disposable glove greatly reduces environmental pollution, and is highly environmentally friendly.
