Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a complex formulation containing metformin used in the treatment of non-insulin dependent diabetes and an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor used in the treatment of dyslipidemia. The present invention provides a complex formulation and a method for preparing the complex formulation, wherein the complex formulation contains metformin and an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor, and has effectively improved stability by securing the stable release of respective active ingredients and blocking physical and chemical reactions between the active ingredients.
