Zusammenfassung:	A sealing disk for a container closure cap, especially for bottle closures for yeast-fermented liquids, consists of a plurality of layers (1, 2, 3, 4). One of said layers (4) has an active, especially metal substance in layer form or particulate form, said substance binding sulfur compounds, in order to reduce the formation of off-flavors in the beverage once it is bottled.
