Zusammenfassung:Surgical devices for joint repair (e.g., Latarjet) are discussed. Radially opening and parallel tissue spreaders are discussed which possess a reduced cross-sectional area in a closed position, suitable for insertion, and an expanded cross-sectional area in an open position, suitable for tissue spreading. Bone contouring devices are discussed that provide improved bone removal from a target surface. Drill guides are further disclosed for forming passageways within bone. Surgical saws are discussed that provide improved resection of bone. Surgical fasteners and suture constructs employing the same are discussed for bone to bone fixation.
