Modular hydrothermal system and method for the operation thereof

The invention relates to the field of domestic or industrial heat exchangers. In particular, the invention relates to a heat exchange system comprising: a first device formed of one or a number of volumes of water in basins that are open or closed, and that are natural or artificial; a primary removable and/or fixed heat exchanger device; a secondary device having a hydrothermal heat pump; a control device for managing water flow rates and temperature; a tertiary closed water-holding device for domestic water, and/or an underfloor heating system, and/or radiators, and/or solar thermal collectors, and/or devices for emitting heat or cold. One of the aims of this system is to maintain the temperature of both the building and the exterior volume of water, in a manner suitable for human use. This system also protects the method for operating same.
