Zusammenfassung:	A method includes receiving a request to fulfill a self-service deposit transaction on an ATM including an image scanner, the ATM connected over a network to a host device, scanning a deposit media to generate an image of the deposit media, detecting an exception in relation to the deposit transaction, generating a deposit transaction data record comprising the image and a transaction summary, and transmitting the deposit transaction data record for access by the host device enabling resolution of the exception and reconciliation of the deposit transaction.
