Embodiments of the present invention include a welding wire feeder enclosure (10), the enclosure (10) including a front (16), a rear (18), a top (12), and a bottom (14) forming a perimeter of the enclosure (10). The enclosure (10) further includes opposing side openings separated by a width (W) of the enclosure (10), each of the side openings being adapted for receiving a side panel (20a, 22a).
