A composition comprising a rebleached, redeodorized oil, the oil comprising: a. a level of glycidyl esters less than 0.1 ppm; b. a Lovibond red color value no greater than 2.0; c. a Lovibond yellow color value no greater than 20.0; and d. a free fatty acid content of less than 0.1%.
