Closure assembly, in particular for tyre skid chains

The present invention relates to a closure assembly (1, 1') for closing a connecting link (100) of a tyre chain, with at least one closure element (10, 10') that has at least one limb receptacle (14, 14'), which is designed to receive, at least in sections, a limb (101) of the connecting link (100). In addition, the invention relates to a connecting link (100) for connecting at least two links of a tyre chain to two limbs (101) connected to each other via a yoke (108), as well as a tyre chain, in particular a tyre skid chain. In order to enable simple and repeatedly detachable fastening of the closure arrangement (1, 1') on the connecting link (100), the closure element (10, 10') according to the invention has a rotary latch receptacle (11, 11") connected to the at least one limb receptacle (14, 14") with a rotary latch (50, 50') arranged, at least in sections, in the rotary latch receptacle, wherein the rotary latch protrudes into the at least one limb receptacle (14, 14') while the rotary latch is in its closed position (S) in order to secure the closure element (10, 10') on the limb (101), and at least one of the two limbs (101) has an engaging portion (104) that is designed to work in combination with a closure arrangement (1, 1') according to one of claims 1 to 13.
