Zusammenfassung:	Apparatuses and methods for assembling a pizza in a pizza pan are disclosed. The apparatus may comprise a saucing station having a sauce platform, a cheesing station having a cheesing platform, a topping station having a topping platform and a transfer device for moving the pizza pan between the saucing station, the cheesing station and the topping station, wherein at least one of the sauce platform, the cheesing platform and the topping platform include one or both of a rotation device to rotate the pan about the respective station and an elevating device to elevate the pan about the respective station.
