Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an ex vivo method of preparing regulatory T cells from CD4+ T cells and anti-thymocyte immunoglobulins with cytokine, inhibitor of TOR protein kinase and/or differentiating agent, as well as the regulatory T cells that can be obtained by this method, a pharmaceutical composition containing them, and uses thereof for treating and/or preventing graft-versus-host disease, post-transplantation tissue or organ rejection, an autoimmune disease, an allergy, or diabetes. The invention also relates to a kit for amplifying regulatory T cells.
