Zusammenfassung:	According to the present invention, a method for transmitting a multimedia data packet comprises the following processes: receiving bottom-up network abstraction layer (B-NAL) information from a network entity; determining the quality of media data based on the received B-NAL information, and generating media data having the determined quality; and generating a packet for the generated media data, and transmitting the packet.
