Zusammenfassung:	A clear polymeric matte coating including from 10% to 65% by weight, based on the weight of the coating, of a first polymer having a calculated Tg of from -60C to 100"C; from 10% to 80% by weight, based on the weight of the 5 coating, of a second particulate polymer having an average particle diameter of from 0.5 microns to 30 microns; and from 0.1% to 15% by weight, based on the weight of the coating, of an aminosilane is provided. Also provided is an aqueous polymeric coating composition form which the clear matte coating may be formed and a method for improving the matting efficiency of an emulsion polymer 10 having a calculated Tg of from -60C to 150*C and an average particle diameter of from 0.5 microns to 30 microns in a coating.
