Zusammenfassung:	DIRECTIONAL DETECTION OF A RESISTIVE EARTH FAULT AND OF BREAKING OF A MEDIUM-VOLTAGE CONDUCTOR To detect a resistive earth fault and/or breakage of a conductor on a medium-voltage power system, information relative to the voltages in the low-voltage system are used. By means of the reverse voltages, amplitudes, etc., the invention makes it possible to perform diagnosis of the fault and to locate the fault with respect to the performed measurements.
