Zusammenfassung:	A utility pole including a first tubular portion and a second portion corresponding in outer cross sectional shape to an inner cross-sectional shape of the first portion, the second portion received at least partially within the first portion, a fixing device to fix the position of the second portion relative to the first portion and a mounting portion mountable to one of the first or second portions, the mounting portion having a tubular upper portion to at least partially received the first or second portion, at least one elongate spacer extending from the tubular upper portion, a guide assembly located on the at least one elongate spacer in order to receive the first or second portion and a mounting assembly to mount equipment relative to the mounting portion.
