Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a structure and method for coating a nozzle for a fuel injection valve. The structure for coating a nozzle for a fuel injection valve, said coating reducing the frictional resistance of a nozzle needle contacting a sheet part of a nozzle body having an injection hole, includes: a Cr coating layer deposited on the outer surface of the nozzle needle of the fuel injection valve; a CrN coating layer deposited on the outer surface of the Cr coating layer; and a WCC coating layer deposited on the outer surface of the CrN coating layer. Here, the hardness of the CrN coating layer is relatively greater than that of the WCC coating layer. According to the present invention, wear resistance and impact resistance may be improved by means of the coating layer being formed on the outer surface of the nozzle needle so as to prevent impacts, resulting from collisions between a front end of the nozzle needle and a sheet part, from being transferred to the nozzle needle. Also, the hardness of the CrN coating layer is greater than that of the WCC coating layer so as to further improve wear resistance and impact resistance. Thus, changes in the fuel injection properties of the fuel injection valve over time may be reduced so as to improve the fuel injection valve. |
