Zusammenfassung:	Soybean plants comprising event SYHTOH2, methods of detecting and using the same, and soybean plants comprising a heterologous insert at the same site as SYHTOH2. The present invention provides a soybean plant or part thereof, wherein the plant or plant part comprises the polynucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 2, and which produces an amplicon diagnostic for event SYHTOH2. Also provided are soybean commodities produced from the soybean plant or plant part. The present invention further provides isolated nucleic acids that are diagnostic for soybean event SYHTOH2, for example, anyone of SEQ ID NOs: 1-6 and 9-10, or diagnostic fragments thereof.
