Drain for floor-level showers

The invention relates to a drain (1) for a floor-level shower, having a drain body (2) and at least one drain endpiece (3). The aim of the invention is to create a drain for floor-level showers which can be produced more cost-effectively than conventional shower drains and when in the installed state has a relatively small visible surface and high drainage output. Said aim is achieved in that the at least one drain endpiece (3) can be detachably connected to the drain body (2) and is provided with a seal (7) associated with the drain body (2), wherein the at least one drain endpiece (3) has at least one recess or retainer for bearing an end of a rod-like body (5) which in the mounted state extends along and inside the inlet opening (2.2) of the drain body (2).
