Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a line (1) for transporting a hydrocarbon, said line comprising a hollow inner tube (2) extending in a longitudinal direction (X) for transporting the fluid in the inner tube and having an electrically insulating outer surface (2b), a heating layer (3) arranged on the inner tube and comprising carbon fibres embedded in a polymer material, a heat insulation layer (10) arranged around the heating layer (3), an outer tube (11) arranged around the heat insulation layer (10), the outer tube (11) being adapted in such a way as to resist an outer pressure at least higher than 100 bar, spacing means (10a) for holding the outer tube (11) at a distance from the inner tube (2) in a fixed manner, and power supply means (6) for feeding an electric current to the heating layer (3) in order to heat the inner tube.
