A shaft (112) having an end effector (114) disposed at a distal end (116) thereof is selectively translatable between a first position, wherein the end effector (114) is disposed within the elongated sleeve (104), and a second position, wherein the shaft (112) is translated through the lumen (106b) such that the end effector (114) extends distally from the elongated sleeve (104). An articulation mechanism operably coupled to the end effector (114) is configured for articulating the end effector (114) relative to the longitudinal axis.
