A method for filtering malicious calling completion indicating in busy call-back service is provided in the present invention, which includes that: when a network device of calling side determines that a calling request carries calling completion indicating information, it rejects the current calling request, or it removes the calling completion indicating information in the calling request, then transmits the calling request. An apparatus for filtering malicious calling completion indicating in busy call back service is also provided in the present invention, which includes that: a reception unit for receiving a calling request; a detection unit for detecting the calling request, and triggering a rejection unit when determining that the calling request carries calling completion indicating information; a rejection unit for rejecting the current calling request. A network device of the calling side is also provided in the present invention. The present invention guarantees the access order of the calling from the calling subscriber to the called subscriber adequately, and it indicates the fairness of the calling access and exterminates the preferential calling access right of the malicious subscribers.
