Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a method for solubilizing an insoluble protein and/or peptide efficiently by, when a modifying agent is removed from a solution in which the insoluble protein and/or peptide has been dissolved by the action of the modifying agent, adding a nucleotide to the solution. The solubilizing method enables the solubilization of a disease antigen protein for cancer, an infectious disease or the like, and can induce a disease antigen-specific CTL when introduced into an antigen-presenting cell.
