The sheath (10) includes walls (28, 32, 34, 36, 38) forming a cavity (30) to receive the sheath (10) within the cavity (30). The sheath (10) also includes a concave detent portion (52) having at least one arm (54) for removably and frictionally securing the blade within the sheath so as to prevent inadvertent or unintended removal of the io blade from the sheath (10).
