Zusammenfassung:	A dispenser for a container comprising an annular ring having a central portion with at least one aperture. The annular ring is attached to a valve dimensioned to close an opening of the dispenser. The valve Is operatively associated with the opening and biased in the closed position. Depressing the annular ring acts as an actuator to cause the valve to move inwardly into the container and away from the opening, thereby allowing the contents to be dispensed from the container through the at least one aperture of the annular ring.
