Overcurrent detection circuit, inverter, compressor, air conditioner, and overcurrent detection circuit adjusting method

An overcurrent detection circuit which can reduce the error of an abnormality judgment reference value and can simply conduct adjustment for reducing the error after mounting a circuit component. The overcurrent detection circuit has a current detection means (3) which detects a current flowing through an inverter (2), an overcurrent level generation means (4) which generates the abnormality judgment reference value, an overcurrent detection means (5) which generates an interruption signal to the inverter (2) according to an output from the current detection means (3) and the abnormality judgment reference value, and an adjustment device (6) which corrects the abnormality judgment reference value generated by the overcurrent level generation means (4) according to an output when a constant current is applied to the current detection means (3). The overcurrent level generation means (4) has one or more resistance value adjustment parts (10) and generates the abnormality judgment reference value according to the resistance value of a resistance value adjustment part (10). The adjustment device (6) applies reverse bias to a Zener diode for zapping to correct the abnormality judgment reference value.
