Zusammenfassung: | The tube bundle reactor devices (2,3,4) unit is assembled on a field in a tube bundle reactor for carrying out catalytic gas or liquid phase reactions. The tube bundle reactor has a bundle (6) of vertical reactor tube (7), whose ends (8,10) are fixed at an upper and in a lower tube plates (9,11) in pressure tight manner and are enclosed by a reactor case (15). The reactor cover is connected with the tube plates in pressure tight manner, so that the reactor cover forms a pressure container with the tube plates. The tube plates are over- stretched from reactor hoods (24,25). The reactor hood is connected with the reactor cover and stays in flow connection with the reaction tube. The device unit (1) has separate devices for the reactor casing, the reactor hoods, tube bundle and the tube plates. The reactor casing and a reactor hood for forming a casing device are provided. Another reactor hood forms a hood device. The tube bundle forms a tube bundle device with the tube plates. The casing devices or hood device point has support device (19) for each tube bundle device, which is adjusted in vertical support of the pipe bundle devices, without requiring the additional thermal treatment according to the assembly. The casing device or hood device tube plates have sealing device (31), with which the reaction casing is connected in the assembled condition of the devices. The tube plates are connected with each other in pressure tight manner at the sides of the tube plates (12,13) turned away from the reactor tubes or at the periphery edge (18), without requiring the additional thermal treatment. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement with two tube bundle reactor in close distance side by side, where the tube bundle reactor has a bundle of catalyst-filled vertical reactor tube. |
