Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to methods of treating, preventing, modifying and managing cytokine-mediated disorders or related disorders, which comprise the administration of a compound, such as a cytokine inhibitor, alone or in combination with known therapeutics. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions and dosing regimens using the disclosed compounds. In particular, the invention relates to the use of compounds as disclosed herein, optionally in conjunction with other therapies, for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and cancer.
