The package comprises: a receptacle (2) having an interior volume and a spout that, when in an opened state, allows access to the interior volume, the receptacle (2) having first and second sides, and the spout starting near the first side and extending toward but not coming near the second side; a length of flexible zipper (6,8) arranged to close the spout when the zipper is closed; and a slider (10) mounted to the zipper, the slider being movable in a closing direction for closing the zipper and movable in an opening direction for opening the zipper.
