| Zusammenfassung: | A tactile feedback system including multiple motors is provided for a peripheral device. A steering wheel assembly is provided including a high torque motor in the steering column of the steering wheel assembly and at least one vibratory rumble motor in the steering wheel of the steering wheel of the steering wheel assembly. In one embodiment, the peripheral device includes three motors: a high torque motor, a low frequency rumble motor and a high frequency rumble motor. The entire haptic dynamic range is thus addressed with greater fidelity whereby complex haptic effects can be delivered through independent motors. |
