Zusammenfassung:	The device has two units displaced between a closing position in which the units overlap in an interior of a vehicle cab and an opening position in which the units are withdrawn to a trunk. The units displacement is controlled by two arm links connected between a vehicle structure and a board. A stopping unit (9) has an elastic unit to oppose relative movement between the links, when the units displace between the positions. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a retractable roof of a vehicle (b) a vehicle.
