Zusammenfassung:To provide a remedy for a liver disease particularly by inhibiting the onset of portal-vein infusion (PVI), an excellent remedy/preventive for a liver disease containing menatetrenone as the active ingredient is disclosed. This remedy/preventive for a liver disease is efficacious against liver cancer, in particular, DCP (des-gamma-carboxy prothrombin)-positive liver cancer. The above-described remedy/preventive for a liver disease containing menatetrenone as the active ingredient exerts a remarkable effect of improving the prognosis following a therapy for liver cancer, thereby showing an excellent effect as a liver cancer recurrence inhibitor too.
