Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a human or animal non-totipotent cell which contains at least one nucleic acid which codes for at least one immune modulator by controlling a gene switch molecule which is adjusted by adding an active substance. The invention also relates to the production and use thereof in transplants in order to inhibit transplant rejection and also for the prophylaxis and/or therapy of diseases resulting from a transplant and/or auto immune diseases.
