Cross-country vehicle, for example a forestry machine, supported on wheels (8, 10), tracks or similar means of driving, comprising a first and a second chassis section (1, 2) arranged to swing in relation to each other, of which the first chassis section (1) exhibits an engine unit (6) and the second chassis section (2) exhibits a unit (12) on which tools can be arranged. The first chassis section (1) is able to be driven while the sections are not coupled together and is fitted with a first means of coupling (13), the second chassis section is fited with a secons means of coupling (20, 40) to form a detachable locking quick-action fastening (4), whereby the first chassis section is manoeuvred to the second chassis section (2) for connecting the respective coupling means (13, 20, 40). |
