Zusammenfassung:	A disc for a disc (10) brake of the ventilated type, unusually capable of limiting vitrification and contamination of the pads, comprises a brake band (14) capable of forming a first and second braking surface (16, 28) and provided with a plurality of clusters of through holes(26, 28) distributed circumferentially along the braking surfaces. An outer annular portion of the braking surfaces comprises a plurality of blind holes (38, 40). A cluster of through holes comprising one blind hole alternates circumferentially with a cluster of through holes comprising two blind holes. The disc of the ventilated type comprises two plates joined by connecting means. Each of the two plates forms one of the braking surfaces and comprises a plurality of through holes running through the thickness of the relevant plate. The clusters on one plate are staggered in a circumferential direction relative to the clusters on the other plate.
