Zusammenfassung:A nonwoven structure is provided having a fiber with a lower melting point than conventional fibers, preferably less than 110° C., more particularly less than 90° C., more particularly less than 80° C. The fiber may also include an energy receptive additive that provides rapid heating when subjected to dielectric energy such as radio frequency or microwave radiation. When included in a structure and subjected to electromagnetic radiation, the fiber is heated by contact with materials like pulp and superabsorbent, which absorb electromagnetic radiation.
