Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to graft copolymer compounds which are solid at room temperature but which soften when rubbed on a solid substrate so as to adhere to the surface on which they are being rubbed, and which can preferably be thinly spread. The graft polymers chemically bond the sub-areas in their molecular structure which are crystalline at room temperature to those which are amorphous at room temperature and are produced by reacting a) preformed polymer chains which have an average molecular weight of 1,000 to 35,000 and an at least partially crystalline structure at room temperature and b) monomers which form the amorphous sub-areas in the molecular structure of the graft copolymer, the reaction being radically initiated. The graft copolymer compounds are intended for use as structure-forming adhesive solid constituents in friction-activated adhesive substances. The invention also relates to solid friction-activated adhesive substances which are shaped and therefore configured especially for applying by hand and which are free or practically free of water and/or diluting agents which are volatile at room temperature. These substances are characterised in that they contain graft copolymer compound-based friction-activated adhesive substances. |
