Zusammenfassung:The proposed device for cleaning oil in hydraulic systems comprises the following components hydraulically connected to the hydraulic system: an inlet line and an outlet line (16, 20) which communicate by means of hydraulic lines (18, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 33, 34, 36, 38, 39) with a used oil reservoir (6), a separator (3) which has a pump (31) and a filter (32) for fine cleaning, and with a cleaned oil reservoir (7). The claimed device also has an oil flow-rate sensor (10) in the outlet line (20), and a control unit (11) which is electrically connected with all the components of the device. In addition, the device is provided with two delivery pumps (4, 5). The first of these pumps is mounted in the inlet line (16) upstream of the used oil reservoir (6), while the second is mounted in the outlet line (20) between the cleaned oil reservoir (7) and the oil flow-rate sensor (10). Each reservoir (6, 7) has alarm devices (22, 23; 24, 25) to warn of minimum and maximum oil levels, these alarms being connected electrically via the control unit (11) to the delivery pumps (4, 5) and the pump (3) of the separator (31). In addition, the device has two hydraulic distributors (8, 9), the first of these being situated between the first delivery pump (4) and the used oil reservoir (6), the second between the separator (3) and the cleaned oil reservoir (7).
