Zusammenfassung:	The invention concerns a mammalian cell preparation optionally transfected with at least a gene coding for an active substance capable of being administered to a subject by systemic administration. The invention is characterised in that it does not comprise aggregate of said cells having a size likely to cause temporary or permanent dysfunction in the subject. The invention also concerns pharmaceutical compositions comprising said preparation and an acceptable carrier.
