Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method of making a gear-change sleeve for manual motor vehicle transmissions. According to the invention, the sleeve is produced in the form of two approximately symmetrical individual parts (1, 2) and is subsequently further-processed, by means of customary joining methods, to form a complete sleeve. In consequence, complete sleeves can be made by pressing and sintering for the first time, by means of comparatively cost-effective powder- metallurgy methods.
