Disclosed are novel cyclic phosphite compounds having the formula wherein R is hydrogen, alkyl or aralkyl; R is hydrogen or alkyl; R is alkyl or aryl; and R and R each is alkyl. Also disclosed are polyolefin compositions stabilized with one or more of the above compounds.
