Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a device used for infusion in humans and animals and comprising, from upstream to downstream in the direction of the infusion liquid, a needle for attachment to the receptacle containing the said liquid, a drop counter, a flow rate controller, and a tube whose end comprises a needle connection for infusion, characterised in that there is, between the said connection needle (1) and the said tube (20), a piece (11, 24) designed in such a way that the said needle and the said piece can be driven in a movement of free rotation relative to one another, and in that the said tube (20) is in the form of a spiral.
