The liquid channel comprises insertion openings at upper edge of the mat and outlet openings (16) at a lower edge. A clearance height of a liquid channel (14) is defined by a distance of covering layers (11) and is measured such that non-braked flow of penetrating liquid is controlled based on surface tension of the liquid to allow discharging of the liquid in drops.
