Zusammenfassung: | The switch (1) has a metal oxide semiconductor transistor (T1) to transfer a signal applied to an input terminal (U1) towards an output terminal (U2) of the switch. A connection circuit (3) conducts a substrate terminal (B-T1) of the transistor to a voltage, which is a function of voltages of the input and output terminals. A coupling circuit (2) is coupled to a supply terminal (Vcc), the input terminal and a control terminal (G-T1) of the transistor for controlling a control voltage (Vg) of the transistor on the signal. An independent claim is also included for an analog signal switching circuit comprising an analog-to-digital converter connected to an analog switch. |
