An independent claim is included for an electrical cable (1) comprising an electrical conductor (2) surrounded by a semiconductor first layer (3), an electrically insulated second layer (4) and a semiconductor third layer (5), where the first, second and third layers are crosslinked, and the second layer is obtained from the composition.
