Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for operating a mobile terminal (1) of a mobile communication network comprising at least one mobile equipment system (3) and at least one user identity module (2), wherein a contactless chipset interface (4) establishes a communication channel (52, 51) to the mobile equipment system (2) and/or at least one user identity module (3) upon receipt of a signal.
