Zusammenfassung:	The present invention refers to the use as flavor or fragrance of a compound of formula (I) wherein R4 is hydrogen and the bond between C-3 and C-4 is a single bond or the dotted line together with the bond between C-3 and C-4 represents a double bond; or R4 is methylene, forming with C-3 and C-4 a cyclopropane ring; R3 is hydrogen, C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6 alkyl, or C2, C3, C4, C5, C6 alkenyl; and I) R1 and R2 together with the carbon atom to which they are attached form a carbonyl group; or II) R1 is hydroxyl and R2 is selected from C1, C2, C3 alkyl, and C2, C3, C4 alkenyl.
