Zusammenfassung:To produce micro-components, of metal or ceramic materials, a three-dimensional shaped body is formed by a twin-component injection molding action, to give a substrate with projecting structures from its surface as a negative lost mold. The structures are of one polymer fraction, and the substrate surface at the structures is of a second polymer fraction. An intermediate body is shaped from one of the polymer fractions by injection molding in an evacuated cavity of the multi-part mold. A mold section is exchanged to form a new cavity, with the molding in place, and the other polymer fraction is injected into it. One polymer fraction contains carbon fibers or soot and is electrically conductive, and the other fraction is non-conductive. A metal micro-component is formed by electro-plating deposition from an electrolyte, and a ceramic component is formed by deposition from a ceramic suspension or colloid by electrophoresis, starting from the conductive polymer fraction on the substrate surface as an electrode. The two-part mold (1,2) has a mold insert (3) with projecting structures (11) to be filled with a molding mass (4).
